It is fall again, the vacations are over and we are back to work. After the warm and lazy summer days it is exciting to pick up where we left off before the break and start new projects. The ecosystem topic, is hotter than ever with the 806,9 BEUR EU recovery funding geared towards making Europe greeneer, more digital and more resilient. Challenges that call for collaboration – or in other worlds ecosystems to create innovative and sustainable solutions.

The “era of ecosystems” is challenging us all. Harvard Business Review stated already in 2019 that current strategy frameworks are of little or no value in today’s ecosystem economy. Hence, it is important to find new approaches to the topic. That’s why we wrote the Ecosystem Handbook last year. To bring together best practices and to enrich them with the latest research.

The Ecosystem Handbook is targeted for business leaders in large corporations, SMEs and Start-Ups AND for researchers and public sector leaders. It focuses on collaboration and ways of working needed to solve meaningful problems that a single company or organization cannot solve alone.

We of course think that this is a “must read”, but it is much more interesting to know what others think. That’s why we asked Dr. Mikko Kosonen, Chairman of the Board, Aalto University why he thinks you should read the Ecosystem Handbook? And quite liked the answer – as according to him, it is practical and insightful. And it might even make you a better person 🙂
